Answer: Nursing care models generally helps the nurses to take care of the patients. The primary nursing care model helps the patients as in this named nurse is alloted to take care of the patient till he is in the hospital. This has benefits such as the named nurse looking after the patient knows everything and details about him, so this makes easy for her to take proper care. Patient become more open to talk about his problem regarding treatments. This enhance the chances of recovery of the patient more early. This model helps in saving more investment and time. As particular patient is looked after by the nurse, so there will be no need of multiple care takers.
