Company is very strict to maintain there standard for medicine because it is directly going into the blood of patient.
Hence it is mandatory to maintain quality of drug product.
To built a strong company first we have to built a strong employee means there is an excellence in them which can lift up company business.
Mission of company is to produced quality standard medicine and production achievement.
Vision is future top performance and to continue to it.
But among these all culture of company is most important.
If your company culture is worst no body will to join the company e.g. if working hours is kore than 8 hours , no leaves , harassment etc.
