Answer: Since many years most of the part of USA gets fluoridated water. The fluoridated water covers most of the cities of the USA and hence reduces the risk of teeth health issues. The drinking water that the US recieves contains at least 9% of the sodium fluoride whereas 28% fluorosilicate. It has been proved that it reduces the teeth and enamel demineralization. It prevents from cavities etc. The adequate requirements of value for the fluoride is near about 0.05mg/kg as per body weight per day for adults, children as well as women. The fluoridated water contains sufficient amount of fluoride that is sufficient for human beings.
