Injuries are a neglected burden in middle and low-income countries, it causes more than 5 million death each year because it causes economic burden and disabilities. injury is a neglected disease for modern society due to poor preventive resources and efforts. the health care professionals' less attention causes surgical injury, emergency injuries, etc. It can be improved with prehospital care, coordination of care and functional rehabilitation. It is a growing acceptance of preventable public health problem. development of preventive strategies decreases human death. Raising awareness of the burden of the disease due to injury can address public health issues like tuberculosis, malaria, and HIV, etc. Avoiding such injuries through timely management, clinical practice and the preventive program can manage the global burden from injury. providing attention to surgical disease, emergency care, and injury need to address the global burden of unattended needs.
