I. Think back to a time when you were ineffective in dealing with a child’s challenging behavior. What have you learned from this chapter that might have changed your approach and made the encounter more successful?

II. We all have times when we feel unloved or rejected. Remember back to a recent time for you. What initiated the feeling? Were you able to reach out to others in kindness at the time? What happened to bring you back to feelings of success and confidence? Was there a person who helped you? How can you help others in a similar situation?

Ans 1 .Yes I was not effective in dealing with a child's learning behavior when I overreacted . I learnt that I need not give up and remain positive with the child. I should make him understand the same way however I can offer reward to the child. While handling the children one should avoid smacking.

Ans 2. when I feel unloved I felt ldepressed and lots of interest in surroundings. Yes I was kind to others however sad form inside. To bring back my feelings I spent a lot of time in reading motivational books, the books that gave me the examples which were similar to my sutuation. Also I started spending more time in gym and walking regularly.  It is not must that we find a person with kindness at that time. If you have a good social circle you may find the right person to share your feelings. At such a time one should be strong enough and be positive. He shouldn't lose his confidence and trust over himself. He should approach the right person to share his feelings. He can be his family member or friend. Also spending time with your hobbies and exercising helps a lot. It is scientifically proven walking release feel good hormones.To help a person in similar situation I will motivate the person in the same way.
