Answer: A male 72 years old patient, living with her daughter. The daughter is mother of 3 children and only a bread earner. This showed that the patient belong to low socioeconomic status. They were living in a small room. The socioeconomic status influences the various life practices such as there were unable to get proper healthcare facilities, they didn't have health insurance. As the patient belonged to ethnic minority community, they have different spiritual beliefs. They think that disease is a test from God and hence they didn't seek medical support. Due to the poor lifestyle, they could not get proper nutrients. They don't have enough to get two times bread.

Some of the issues that need to be sensitive while interacting with the patient are:
