for women it is 1200 mg for above 51 age,for 19 to 50 yrs need 1000 mg daily recommend daily amount of calcium.
2)Recommended daily amount of phosphorus For children (1 to 9 yrs of age)600mg/day,for 10 to 12 yrs need 800 mg/day,adolescents also need the same amount of phosphorous.
for male and female adult daily need of phosphorus is 600 mg.but,during pregnancy and lactation women need 1200 mg of phosphorus.1
