SUNBLOCK-Sunblock is made up of minerals,they prevent the UV radiation from reaching the skin.They remains in the skin top and reflect the UV rays.It does not absorbs the skin and can be apply at the time when needed. Sunblocks are made up of titanium oxide and zinc oxide and easy to remove.

SUN SCREEN-It is made up of chemical ingredients,Sun screens absorbs in to the skin and absorbs the UV rays when penetrate in the skin.It must be apply 15 minutes prior to the exposure.It cause flushing of cheek and face.It is better to use with make up.

2.SPF -Sun protection factor,It is a number on a scale for rating the degree of protection provided by the sunscreens.The maximum SPF value for sunscreen is 50+.The number measure the products ability to absorb the harmful rays.

3.SPF 50+ is better

SPF 50+ blocks 98% of UVB rays and SPF 30+ blocks 96-97% of UVB rays.Patients with extra sensitive skin and skin cancer prefer SPF 50+ sun screens.
