1.Leadership is a quality which can make one to guide others to reach the goal in an organised way.A contingency can affect the leadership when the leader is not prepared or aware of how to handle an unexpected situations.They may affect the leaders thinking process which if not regained can lead to severe loss.It can affect the quality of leadership
2.The Adam's equity theory is difficult to be implemented in health care organizations because this theory states that the work has to be paid on the basis of how the employee performs and gives result,the hard work of the individuals to be paid without considering their qualification.It is difficult to implement in HCO because it has certain standards and limitations (for example a doctor will be paid high besides a minimal amount of work when compared to a nurse who gives their full day work and so is the staff of lower categories )
