1. As per the director of human resources the training program for the staff employees on medical terminology in the emergency room and out patient registration areas is important to make them aware of the terms used in the medical professions which are beneficial for them in the hospital. Usually the training period includes two to three months or it can be more depending on the size and level of knowledge of the staff members. The training should be in such a way that all the staff should be able to know at least the basic terms used in the emergency departments.

2. The best delivery mode for training the current employees is to include live demonstrations of the current scenarios in the hospital, training period at least for certain days so that the employees are aware of that environment well. Guiding the employees under the supervision of a experienced person can be beneficial in providing of the training program to them.
