Yes i exercise daily.As a health care professional i used to do cardio training rather than resistance training because i mostly concentrated on fitness rather than body building. I prefer gym for my training because i feel motivated by seeing other doing work outs. And one other reason is you cant burn more calories in home but in gym you can, in gym there is more machineries and all this will help you to burn more calories. If your aim is calorie burning for weight reduction or fitness prefer a gym witth good facilities.
