Part 1

Performance improvement is determined to be a cyclic process. It is defined as indication of organizations performance with relation to set performance standards. This model explains that the performance improvement tales place in cyclic method and there is always improvement in services, methods and approaches. As this model explains that performace improvement has to take place in a pattern that goes on continuously with following cycle of identificarion of imporvement, planning, improvement implementation, refulation, monitoring and identification of improvements.
