ICD-10 is given by WHO which stands international statistical classification of disease and health problemz 10th revision. As it is providing very little knowledge about disease and diagnosis so it is very helpful but there are some challenges that healthcare workers and their organisations are facing to adopt this. Every code has many details which is very hard to learn. Learning every code is quite tough for health worker to diagnose properly and do documentation . Memorizing each and everything is little bit hard so need much more attention to write it any documentation. So once healthcare provider need attention properly to diagnose one case. Another main problem facing by health Care provider is there is no specific app which help to diagnose according to ICD 10. Even the code list are very confusing and big .So healthcare are starting to take online courses to Learn ICD -10 classification for diagnosis diseases. Even they start watching videos to apply ICD-10.Learning is the key role because it is providing granular knowledge about patient severity .
