Is primary Hypertension associated with Acute Dacryocystitis, constipation, or cognitive functions, and awareness? if yes, please explain how each is related to or cause hypertension.

Environment conducive to team building

A good environment or climate is an essential requirement for an effective team building. The office is like a second home for most of the employees, where they spend more hours other than home. Conducive working environment is more than a personal office space and a comfortable chair. Not only a good physical environment with proper ventilation, comfortable lightings ( avoid harsh light in the offices) and temperature control, but also making opportunities for team building and interaction among employees ( such as informal meeting areas) are necessary for a good working atmosphere and team work. Common areas like shared water cooler, printer and facilities for board games and puzzles and also notice boards or black boards, where employees can express thanks among themselves for certain things or helps they received. These all may create fun and shared feeling in employees. This inturn may help in team building.

Primary Hypertension

Primary hypertension is also known as essential hypertension and is not having an identifiable cause.

Acute Dacryocystitis and primary hypertension

Acute dacryocystitis is the infection and inflammation of the lacrimal sac. There is no association between primary hypertension and acute dacryocystitis

Constipation

A state of the bowels in which the evacuations are infrequent and difficult or it is a condition where the intestines become filled with hardened faeces.

Chronic constipation may occur as a result of consuming anti hypertensive drugs especially diuretics ( that increase urine output). These drugs may cause dehydration and the moisture from the stool may absorb by the body.

In other hand constipation may cause hypertension as the strain at stool causes an increase in blood pressure, resulting in other cardiovascular problems such as arrhythmia and congestive cardiac failure etc.

Cognitive functions and awarenes

Hypertension may affect the cognitive functions as the high blood pressure affects the structure and function of the blood vessels in the brain. Stroke as a result of hypertension may cause vascular dementia ( a disease characterised by the global impairment of memory, intellect and personality). Studies show that hypertension can cause mild impairment in cognitive functions.
