The professionals in healthcare sector are highly thought to be knowledgeable, skillful, caring towards their career. A new professional (novice nurse) after completing the graduation enters the clinical setup to gain experience. The first day probably will be for orientation followed by making the nurse to be on probationary period until confirmation. The goal of the professionals will be to be an outstander performer or to become a best nurse.It is not an easy task in the competitive world equalized with stress ,workload, harrassment ,etc., from the colleagues and the superiors.The professional who is able to come out through these various hindrance achieves the goal of success one day. This does not happen in a single day which needs toiling effect from the day one.This hoal though achieved needs a persistent and continuous hardship to retain this by showing utmost sincerity in the job.
