Validity determination is an evidence-based assessment for tool measurement.evidence should be found in the content, relationship to other variables, response process, and consequences. research should provide sufficient details for readers to understand, it needs to state development, reliability, other information, results and transparency for creditability. ethnic and diverse group assessment tool should be analyzed for their response and current process, history, expectations, and performance. using evidence-based tool provide validity to understand their nature. Cultural bias assesses the knowledge and experience of that specific culture group. the validity of the standard assessment tool used for additional information for this diverse group.
