The normal BUN/Creat ratio should be in between 8 to 15 or upto 21mg/dL in case of only BUN.An increased level indicates that the patient has some functions affected in the renal system.

A glucose level of 138(80 to 140mg/dL) is within the normal limits and the sodium levels(135 _145mmol/L) are also with normal limits.
