Ans) Legal ethics is the minimum standards of appropriate conduct within the legal profession. It is the behavioral norms and morals which govern judges and lawyers. It involves duties that the members owe one another, their clients, and the courts.

- A duty of care is a legal requirement: it exists when someone's actions, or failure to act, could reasonably be expected to affect another person. It is not only about legal obligations: it is your duty to do everything reasonably practicable to protect others from harm.

- A Disability Support Worker has a duty of care to the person with a disability that they are supporting and others in the general community when working within a community environment. A duty of care is breached if a person behaves unreasonably or fails to act (which can also be unreasonable in a particular situation).
