if there is atropine in blood,  then heart rate will increase.

If there is epinephrine in blood , then heart rate will increase

if there is digitalis in blood, then heart rate will increase

If there is sodium in blood, then heart rate will increase

If there is calcium in blood, then heart rate will increase.
