   circulatory system so deficency of vitamin B12 in pernicious anemia

   leads to

                * Numbeness and tinglings of hands and legs.

                * Cognitive impairment due to alteration in the normal functioning

                   system.

                * Generalized weakness.

                * Cardiac arrythmias.

                * Dyspnea.

                * Heart failure.

                * Abdominal bloating,constipation,diarrhea.

Treatment of pernecious anemia.

         * Intramuscular B12 injection.

         * Administration of sublingual preparation of vitamin B12.
