1)Many hazards are occurred in our community.Some of them are Flood,wind,Wildfire,Tsunami,Communicable diseases and now we are under severe threat  from a highly transmitted viral infection called covid 19.Generally awareness,education,preparedness,prediction and warning systems can reduce the disruptive impacts of a natural disaster on communities.

2) At population level,mitigation measures such as adoption of zoning,land use practices and building codes are needed,howeverto prevent or reduce actual damage from hazards .The ruling governments are responsible for this.They formulated policies and build laws for this.International organisations like WHO,UN has prime roles.They issued guidelines to Countries regarding adoption of Zoning,Land use practices etc..The major responsibility regarding these are in the hands of ruling governments and the citizens are more responsible in this also .In a natural calamity situation like flood or an outbreak of a communicable disease,the affected parties are the citizens of that place.So citizens are more responsible in land utilization,safe hygienic practices etc.

3).Modern sanitation is a must need in this era.The cconcept of smart cities ensures availability of resources to all citizens while taking appropriate measures for good sanitation,rendering education,environmental sustainibility and health care.Under sanitation,availability and maintenance of toilets and drainage system organisational demands major attention.For instance ,water is a major resource.scarcity of water only will create panic in a city.So proper utilization of resources is very much important in this modern world.Otherwise it will create hardships in day to day activities of each and every individual.Scarcity of water will affect modern sanitation also.So properly planned and apt utilization of resourses play a vital role in this smart city era.because it will create severe threat in the day to day activities of every individual.

4)As a Nurse,we confront potential exposure to infectious disease,toxic substances,back injuries and radiation.They alalso subject to hazards such as stress,shift work and violences in the workplace.The employers should provide safe and secure woking conditions to nurses viz good infrastructure,give good renumeration,Create safety protocols,good working conditions,maternity benefits ,health insurance etc.
