Critical patient and patient which require strict dose maintaince are required for frequent visit to the patient and these patient also require more time to handle and care

Old age patient and children are require more time as compare to the adult population

A satisfactory conversation is reuired with the patient by doctor and the care give at hospital that is nurse because by the help of that patient feel fully comfertable in that environment and leaad to the more rapid improvement in the health of the patient

So every time a full satisfactory conversation is required
