Answer #1

The issue is; the shortage of nurses in my department as the senior nurses are about to retire. For justifying my action in the department to my boss my argument would be; hiring a new nurse will fill the gap of the nurse leaving the hospital due to retirement. This will reduce the risk of medical errors due to the shortage of staff, improve the quality of services and provide value for the cost of services.
