You work as an admission coordinator for an assisted living facility that just enacted its 5-year strategic plan. However, no one has communicated any of the components of the plan to any departments, including yours. Instead, management has chosen to include only senior-level management.

Strategy provides more understanding and perform standards of performance to all employees at all the level..It helps to make clear intervention and implementation ,it helps to provide better understanding of environment and culture..When we choose only the senior level management for strategic plan they must include junior staffs also for ability to think creatively..Always collaborative team approach for strategic plan get advice from peers..Strategy team should include the staff managers from different department,junior staffs and near retirement veterans for giving sage advice..
