whats person-centered care and please share how you would apply this lens to older persons. What does it mean in terms of the care older persons receive, and how that care may be improved? Are there issues of justice that may come into play?

The person-centered care is also called as patient-centered care.This is described as equal participation of the patient in making decisions on their treatment with the healthcare provider or unique treatment of care given to each individual based on their wish and willingness.

This can be applied in the care for older adults by lensing on the autonomy, respect and dignified care to tem.

The care which a older person receives are meeting their spiritual needs, emotional support, psychological support, supportive care.This can be improvised by a good communication and understanding the specific needs of each client.

The issues like equal deliverance of care with choices in all matters,no exceptions .for instance if the client talks in a detailed way about their family financial status,affection .The family members can raise a issue that the healthcare professionals are aware of their personal thing and can misuse it.
