The members whom I would invite to be a part of the medication assistance program are :-

- Prescribers , because they are the ones who prescribes the medicine to the patient . There involvement is very essential in sorting out the issues like unavailability of medicine , cost of medicine etc . This program will help both patients and prescribers to prescribe a cheap , effective and accessible drug .

- Patients , because they are the ones who have to buy the medicine for their disease . They are also one of the vital part of this program. By their involvement we will come to know about the problems they have face while they buy a medicine like huge prices , unavailability of certain brands etc.

- Suppliers ,ofcourse they are the ones who supply the drugs to the hospitals and pharmacy. They need to be involved because they will tell their reason for the shortage and hike of price so that a solution can be made for all the people at one go

- Discharge planners function and prescriber function is almost same . There involvement is very essential in sorting out the issues like unavailability of medicine , cost of medicine etc . This program will help both patients and prescribers to prescribe a cheap , effective and accessible drug .

- Medical insurance or medicate people because they are the who pay the amount on the behalf of patient initially . Many of the Medicare does not provide availability or reimbursement for all the drugs ,to sort out such issues there part is also important in this program.
