The attention to cultural diversity can be improved ,enhanced and implemented in the following way

• Ensuring that periodic and regular training is initiated and in practice of a healthcare sector
• This increases the patient involvement during the treatment regimen
• It enables the patients to develop a sense of trust and confidence that the healthcare professionals are doing their best to serve a patient
• An act of respecting creates emotional and physical stability of the patient
• The patient actively tells their practice in accordance to their cultural believes and practices
