Study design :-A face to face interview can be conducted with the employee of the company. A number of question can be asked to the people related to their work place whether they are satisfied with their work or not .
I choose this because this will give us good idea about their mental health . In a written question answer criteria ,we will not get clearly idea about their condition . We will get clear idea about their mentality and what they think .In an interview ,they can fully express their idea as compared to writtem question answer ceriteria .This also tell us what are the possible changes that have to taken to make to the work place and one's himself to make workplace suitable for their mental health .
