Using the textbook Fundamentals of Law for Health Informatics and Information Management please answer the following Dermatology Practice Case Study - Ethics A dermatology practice learns of a new product that can greatly benefit a number of its patients. The product is new on the market and has not been approved by any benefit plans for coverage. The physicians in the practice want to share information about this new product with their patients because they believe it could provide relief that has never been available to them before. However, many patients do not make regular appointments, so contact with them is sporadic. The practice wants to include a small insert about the product with appointment reminders because the physicians want to share the information about this great new product with their patients.

1. Dermatology practice should not make propaganda regarding the unapproved new product.

Because in health care system every drug or any products that are used should be legally approved as it is safe to use it consume. Unapproved products should not be sell or share information. The drug may not be approved and may be rejected to use even doctor made propaganda.

2. As the dermatologist sharing information about unapproved new product, this is ethically not acceptable. So it demonstrates ethical tension
