Answer: Mental health disorder are of many types. The mental disorder can be in various forms and it also depends upon the severity. There are various methods to treat the mental disorder such as:

1. Medication: Although medication doesn't provide the complete care alone, most of the medications are generally given to reduce the symptoms. These medications are given to provide relief and reduce the improper functioning of life. Medications provides along with the therapy results into most effective method of treating mental disorder. Medicines used such as antidepressants, anxiolytic etc.and in case of severe pain management analgesic can be given.

2. Psychotherapy: It is one of the useful method of treatment. As this treatment includes indulging patient in the many of the experiences and things that irritates or create problems for him. Psychotherapy includes the exposure of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and which seems to improve the condition of patients.

3. Hospitalization: When the condition gets worsen then hospitalization is recommended. The hospital provides proper treatment and care regarding mental illness.

4. Complementary and alternative medicine: These medicines and therapy can treat or reduce the symptoms of the mental illness. This also includes meditation, physical therapy, herbal remedies etc.

5. Supporting services: This includes people who provide proper care to the mentally ill patients etc.
