Safety culture is the collection of beliefs, perceptions and values employees share in relation to risk within an organisation like work place or community. Health care facilities can establish a culture of safety by providing quality health care to the patient.Reducing medical errors , providing harmless environment and maintaining trust and respect. Staffs should be given responsibility to take action and improve safety on their own .Nurses play an important role in improving patient outcomes and patient satisfaction score. Nurses should avoid injuries to the patient , avoid overuse of ineffective care and underuse of effective care and give respect to the patient choice.
