  • Collective bargaining is negotiation process that take place between employer and group of employees when certain issues arise.
  • The employees rely on a union member to represent them during the bargaining process and negotiations are on the basics issues like working conditions, safety, wage, layoff etc.
  • When agreement is reached, the resulting outcome is "collective bargaining agreement" Or "cba" Becomes the contract of governing the employees issues.
  • If states stripping public sector union of their collective bargaining rights this means the public sector union is not performing it's prime duties for which they are also responsible for example creating profit. In most of case when company had huge debt then state strip unions.
  • But it Will create differences between government and unions and the of satisfaction will decrease. Becuse many of the offering to the employees could be withdrawn.
