as a nurse student what to achieve for dialysis patient

So , As a Nurse ,

Nurse should have to care individuals.

And in the patient caring phase nurses play main role!

By doing all this following duties!

If nurse have to take care of a dialysis patient! Then he/she have to do following duties to make feel patient comfortable and to get recover good.:

• Nurse have to do checking of patients vital signs frequently
• Also nuran have to keep talking with patiwpa after some time period gap to assess the condition of patient's.
• Nurse have to keep the track of treatment which is done to patient from the beginning to end.
• Also nurse have to teach patient about his/her dieseas and treatment , and if patient came back with any query questions nurse have to answer and guide them in right-way by giving approporapp answer.
• Nurse have to make sure that all the medicaments which are giving to the patient should be as per doctor's prescription.
• Nurse should have to evaluate the patient's reaction to the dialysis treatment and medications.
• Also nurse do have to help the patient for his/her follow-up to the dialysis centre.
• Main job to do is nurse have to monitor patient's condition all the time , and nurse have to give regular report of changes happening in patient's condition.
• If there is needs of training plan! Then nurse should have to give it to the patient.
• Also nurse have to review patient's lab work and home medicaments too ,on regular basis.
