These are the disorders occurs due to family history, occumulation of fat, obesity and stress, and less physical activities.
Haematological disorders : these are like Anemias, leukemia, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, hemophilia ect.
These are due to family history, congenital problems ect.
* these type of patients should take diet like high fiber, low fat diet, salt restriction diet, restricted fluids, more fruits and vegetables ect.
* daily physical exercises should be done.

* and also iron rich diet like liondates, drumsticks, all black fruits to improve hemoglobin levels.
