Life safety codes are one which can save the lives of the elderly population at emergency ,natural or man made disasters or during any accidents.The characteristics like

  • a poor or lack of fire safety should not be possessed by the adult day care facilities to be in compliance as per the government order.
  • Apart from this improper meeting of requirements of meals
  • against the civil rights
  • not maintaining the file records of the patients
  • If noncompliannt with CACFP rules and regulation
