2. describe your understanding of the support resources availave (classmates,prof, advisors, library& tutoring) and how you plan on taking advantage of them.

It was a tough time for me when i got selected for my graduation program for Nursing in Aiims [ psychologically and emotionally] First of all I wanted to pursue MBBS , but i was not able to crack the entrance so i was psychologically disturebed about that and was not ready to do Nursing degree ,but i have to do it because of my families financial status .It was the first time when i was going to live separately in the hostel without my family members . I had lot of fear and tension during the first days of my hostel life due to psychological stress a the degree program , ragging etc. I used to come back every weekend to my home and cry and say i will not go there back . My family members and friends used to counsel me, they had full support ,they used to say if you dont want to do this degree then come back and join some other degrees in private but i know that there was not so much money to send me for MBBS in private institute .So, i just took some time, went through a counselling from one of my favourite teacher -Devina Mam .She was my biology teacher .She explained me about the Nursing profession and its advantages and scopes . After counselling , I set my mind to join back the degree and took it seriously and studied hard .

I was prepared for the profession but in between i used to get upset when i saw student doctors in the clinical settings . this used to disturb me .One of my best friend in the batch used to understand that i am upset because i was unable to crack the MBBS degree and if i had cracked it i would have been standing in the opposite side. She always consoled me distracted my attention from not cracking the entrance and used to tell me about the benefits of doing Nursing and one of the main thing abut fate . You will get only that which is in your fate . All the support fro my friends, teachers were beneficial to me because of that ony i did my graduation ootherwise i would have left it inbetween and wasted m time .Presently ,I am working as a Research Nursing staff in AIIMS and taking care my family .
