Answer: It is necessary to understand the differences and we should respect it regarding the LGBTQ. Because every person have right to live with the dignity. So, we should not be bias regarding this community or people.

To work effectively we should understand the major issues and the problem arising in the LGBTQ family. We should not bully them as well as we should provide information to the other people.

This group of people suffers from major issues of health disparities and issues. This has to be removed and improvement in the healthcare should be done. They mostly suffers from depression due to inequality or they are being mistreated. There are many challenges such as understanding the major health issues, meeting their needs and demands etc.
