First reason for using evidence when meet the patient concerns is meet the patient expectations ,

more than half of nurses says patient and carers expectation of services ,that cannot be met with existing resources is the biggest problem ,currently nurses are facing this problem,

Second reason patient satisfaction must ,

Center on meeting patient needs when and where they need it,ultimately improving care outcomes and patient experience.
