Answer #1

Time management is a skill in dealing with the busy schedule. It was very easy to understand about the assignments and the presentation, seminar etc were to be done in the whole year. Usually the colleges will give the time table at the time of joining itself. While making these time table it was found to be one of the difficult things in the teacher’s life. But these schedules were not adequately followed by the students and they will submit all the assignments at the deadline. So, the effort made by the teachers for making the schedule becomes a waste. In this case if look back at the end of the year the students itself can understand that where he was loss his time, how he was wasted the time. In this situation the students can easily give a feedback form to the teachers so that they can incorporate these deficits to make the next year schedule more beneficial to students.

The students can get benefited from the schedule when the teachers were able to give the timely reminders of the deadline of the assignments. The assignments were submitted in the first day or second day will be one or two students but most of them will be working on the assignment in the last minute. So, to reduce the burden there can be such differences in the time line with in this date bonus mark, if it submitted with in these period there won’t be any bonus mark, also if the assignments were submitted late the there will be reduction to the total mark. These all are strategies may work and the expected outcome can be produced only when the teachers and the students were working together for the same. Rules should be made by the college authority should be final there won’t be any change further in this matter.
