Why is a cardiac-oriented definition of death not enough when considering organ transplantation?

Organ transplantation is done to save the life of another sick patient it doesn't means if a patient is declared death by just his cardiac function cessation because the other body organs are still functional and even the cardiac death can be resuscitated back to life.

So the following criteria are important in considering an organ transplantation

• Patient doesn't respond to any painful stimuli,touch,sound
• There should be dilated pupil with fixed eye and no eye movement
• No deep tendon reflexes
• The body temperature shoukd drop down
• Rigor mortis should occur
• If there is a life support, Patient should be dead before removing it
• There should be complete cessation of circulatory and respiratory function(Brain dead,cardiac dead is the dead donor rule).The DDR is an ethical norms which predicts that this is very important,when considering organ transplantation that the donorbis completely dead.
