Answer #1

Political conception of justice, brings welfare and equality to the people and cosmopolitan conception of justice makes every individual to be universally important and develop interests. So, both of these conceptions of justice, are going to help poor people. Here, affluent people may not interact with the poor people, but they will be ready to help poor people in terms of their welfare, nutrition and healthcare so that community development among the poor people, takes place. It is due to the reason that affluent people treat people people also as human beings and think that they should also get basic amenities, as per the cosmopolitan conception of justice. So, affluent people find to have an obligation to assist poor people.

Indirectly, it also helps the affluent people as poor people when assisted, do not follow the path of crime or undercover activities. It maintains a peace and prosperity in both the islands.
