Answer #1

According to my text, these are 3 officials that make up courtroom workgroup is prosecuting attorneys, defense attorneys, public defenders.

Prosecuting attorneys: A prosecutor is a legal representative of the prosecution in that country from where he belongs with either the common law adversarial system or the civil law inquisitorial system.

Defense attorneys: Who deal with the issues like an arrest, a criminal investigation, criminal charges, sentencing, appeals.

Public defenders: Public defenders represent indigent defendants in criminal cases. it offices exist at the federal, state, and local levels; there are also specialized offices that provide legal services in death penalty cases.

Actually when these will together then only common man who can't afford private defenders, will get proper justice. Public defenders are paid by the government, but they work on behalf of clients who can’t otherwise afford private representation. Prosecuting attorneys sometimes at ground level and help to investigate police dept. to get a proper solution for a crime that has been done, within country and places.

In my opinion Public defenders plays most vital role in the courtroom , because now a days private defenders are charging lots of money to just process the case which can't be paid by every common people , but when it comes to court then government has appointed public defenders who fill not charge any money and help to find exact evidence which is required for the court and save innocent people , because judge is completely dependent on the evidence, if evidence would be proper then only judge can provide proper judgment and stop the crime rate from society .
