Behavioral change is important in achieving health outcomes. This is not a direct process as their other factors involved that could impact behavioral change that in turn could impact health outcomes. As according to researches the behavior is under the control of two factors, our biology i.e. our genes and the environment we live in. Our genes are not healthy it may make us, schizophrenic, who are bitter and negative about people. Our environment is devoid of reinforcements may be discouraging for good things in life like being prosocial.
