Answer #1

Ans) A behavioral objective is also a one-sentence statement that describes learning in terms of a behavior. As a result of your teaching, what will students be able to do at the end of the lesson? Put your initial purpose statement into the form of a specific behavior you would like to see.

- Together these four components make up a measurable behavioral objective that will provide the cornerstone to your planning, delivery, and evaluation efforts.

Identify the level of knowledge you want.
Select a verb that is observable to describe the behavior at the appropriate level of learning.
Add additional criteria to indicate how or when the outcome will be observable to add context for the student.

- SMART is a mnemonic/acronym, giving criteria to guide in the setting of objectives, for example in project management, employee-performance management and personal development. The letters S and M generally mean specific and measurable. Possibly the most common version has the remaining letters referring to achievable (or attainable), relevant, and time-bound.

Examples of SMART Goals and Objectives. Every company, no matter the size, should create business goals to keep the enterprise moving forward. The most effective goals are SMART - specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely.
