1)PATIENT WILL UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE NEED OF DIETRY CHANGE DEPENDS ON HIS SITUATION::

Make patient understant about the importance of diet his condition.tell him to take low fat and cholestrol content food.tell him that if his blood presure is high take low sodium content food.make him undestant to about the need of fresh fruits and vegetab,es in his diet.tell him to eat lean protenis contains fish,legumes and red meats.tell him to avoid dietry products,coffe and caffains.limit the use of soda,fried food,junk food,and alcoho

Tell the patient to avoid vigorous physical activities for long time which will increases the work load of heart.tell him to do walking about 3 to4 miles per hour.Moreover,he can do jovging,swimmi g,dancing,riding cycle or bike etc.vigorous exercise or moderate exercise can do 30 to 60 minutes per day in 5 days per week.

MEDICATION

3.PATIET WILL UNDERSTAND HOW TO TAKE MEDICATION WHEN HE FEEL PAIN

Tell the patient keep nitroglycerin tablet with all time.make him undestand that while taking this tablet sit first to avoid dizzinezz.tell him to put 1 tabletunder the tongue and allow it to dissolve.if the pain contineous take one more tablets afetr 5 minute.he can take three tablets 5 mg nitroglycerin in each with in 15 minutes.if the pain is not subsided then call the ambulance reaches to tne hospital immediately.
