It is one of the element of the health Informatics, it focuses mainly on administration needs of the hospital and it provides communication among health care providers.

Organizational leader ship mainly focuses on the Management approach, in this the leader can have capacity to decide what the best for individual and what is the best for group and also they can maintain from top to bottom people.

Role :

The organization will be taken place by leaders in the hospital.

* there will be higherarchy in nature.

Presidential leadership :

In this leader ship unilateral force is demanded and multi lateral response is preferred, the leader have demanding nature on doing works.

In his system this leader ship have effective communication skills, crisis management skills, ect.
