Marjorie Gordon. It provides 11 different aspects for recurring
behavior include health perception and management pattern,
elimination pattern, nutritional-metabolic pattern,
Activity-exercise pattern, sleep-rest pattern, self-perception,
cognitive-perceptual pattern, role-relationship pattern,
sexuality-reproductive pattern, coping tolerance pattern and belief
pattern. patient's health influenced by developmental, biological,
cultural, social and spiritual factors. This pattern framework help
health care professional by a nursing a comprehensive assessment of
the patient's health.
Health perception and management nurses provide an individual's
health status and health practice used to provide intervention for
patients health and wellness. It includes clients with general
health details.
Nutritional-metabolic details include patient daily food intake,
weight, and height measurement, eating disorder, elimination
details about patient bowel and bladder control, perspiration,
abdominal assessment, etc.
Sleep and rest patterns about hearing and vision difficulty,
patient memory, pain, etc.
Self-perception or concept about patient anxious, depression, fear
and body changes and eye contact, speech rating from 1 to 5
scale.
Role relationship between family and friends, children, income,
social groups, etc.
Sexuality -reproductive about contraceptive use, menstrual history,
pelvic examination, etc.
Coping -stress tolerance medication, alcohol use, etc.
Value -belief pattern about religious practice and cultural
importance etc.
