Ms. ABC developed sinus infection because:-

Usually plane travellers gets flu after fly because it spreads from co travellers.

If the flu get attacked, has to take treatment immediately and promptly.

If not, flu leads to the complications like pneumonia, dehydration, ear infection and sinus infection.

As Ms.ABC remains with untreated flu for 2weeks led to sinus infection which in one of the complications of untreated flu.

Why Ms. ABC developed yeast infection and diarrhea followed by 1 week antibiotic therapy means:-

Usually our body contains some of the bacteria which are harmless and protects the body.

With the antibiotics therapy protective flora of the gut will be destroyed, so that it causes occurrence of Diarrhea.

With course of antibiotic therapy protective flora of vagina gets destroyed, leads to Yeast infection.
