Actions taken by my health care organisation to manage or prevent the never events from happening within the health care facilities are :-

- strict following of universal precautions

- health education

- surveillance of practice

- provision of all resources to avoid injury

- following satey measures

- providing training on safe and quality practice like Biodegradable waste management , evidence based practice etc
