Answer: Motivation is a need that leads us to success. Sometimes we value one type of motivation over the other because we are human beings and it is not always the same situation in which we get struck. Everytime there is change in our situation or circumstances which demands the motivation and hence we give importance to one type of motivation over the other type. This is fair because it is not necessary that everyone has same thoughts on motivation.
